Went to bolton store and was assisted by a wonderful lady in the garden centre. She helped me select the correct indoor plant, feed, compost and decorative pot. I have to admit I have been in many times and had awful service from staff in various departments. But this lady was informative, helpful and professional in her approach. I was shocked by her happy disposition and eagerness to sort out my questions in regards to ordering and having items delivered. Nothing was too much even though the store was quite busy she gave me her undivided attention making sure I was happy with everything. I certainly hope the management in this store know what a gem they have working there. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service I have ever received in this store. In future I shall look for her and hope she can assist me in other departments as dealing with her has restored my faith in B&Q
