Wild horses or any amount of bribery could never drag me back into a B&Q anywhere, but particularly in Malvern. There is just no way I can describe how unpleasant their managers are. It appears I can't rate it with no stars.

Whilst I was very impressed by the service offered by your staff and especially the quality of the plants and pricing in the garden centre. I was extremely disappointed on 2 counts. As a disabled person, there are no wheelchairs available, therefore I found choosing my vegetable seeds nigh on impossible as they are so low on the shelves that a. I couldn't see what they were easily and b. Couldn't bend down to pick one off the display. This I found very uncomfortable and frustrating. Eventually I managed to select a few packets. I suppose I could have asked a member of staff to help, but I was relying on inspiration to make my choice. Not a pleasant experience im afraid. Also it may be worth those who design the layout of the store to consider the elderly too, being so low on the shelving system doesn't help those who have difficulty bending down generally.

I would just like to say that I was greatly pleased when B&Q came to Malvern. I used to travel to Cheltenham to the store there & although I think Malvern store is smaller, it is very well laid out & you can go straight to whatever section you need with the signs that are in place. I have on occasion just wandered around the store for just a getting out of 4 walls, & although I have not needed anything at that time usually ended up getting something. I am disabled to a certain degree & now just become a retired person & so find the parking facility for disabled people also very good & close to the entrance. The staff here at Malvern have always been very very helpful & would highly recommend them for a raise :). But would also recommend the store anyway as I have always found whatever I have needed & found the visit a pleasant one. Carry on the good work & a Happy New Year to you & all your staff for 2013.
